Listening to this song, I immediately get a picture: I'm sitting on the balcony of the castle. Night. there is a quiet and peaceful feast in the castle. All in beautiful medieval costumes. Well, I, as a narcissistic and vain person, imagine myself sitting in the armor of a cool knight, with a crown on my head))) And this is my favorite i ever heard song about a romantic medieval) For aggressive, epic and mystery medieval i have other songs, but for romantic - it is best!)

This is being so inspirational while writing my new novel about witches. I feel so lucky I found this magical and wonderful music
Their songs tend to talk about something just enough to get the imagination working.
I remember my dad always playing this stuff when I was younger. Just now found it after searching forever. Richie Blackmore is a god on guitar & Candace’s vocals just fit it so perfectly. Makes the perfect “renaissance” sound. Has me picturing times with King Arthur and Merlin. That’s what I thought of when I heard this as a kid lol.

I know the feeling! I was looking for a 'voice' for a character of mine and wasn't paying attention to my playlist; when the vocal line came in I practically ripped my earbuds out scrambling for my phone to check the song title because I realized that it was how I'd pictured her sounding, and I could so clearly see her singing the song.
