Imho exo is more vocally based group while nct is more about hip-hop and rap :D In particular my favourite nct unit is NCT U. Their 7th Sense was great! It is actually very interesting what sm is planning to do with all these units...like they added members to nct127...so members will move around...interesting strategy for a group..
i understand why you would compare them to exo, they're from the same label and have the same writers and producers so there is a slightly similar sound but trust me, nct 127 is not the next exo, they're nct127, something different and new and amazing and in a league of their own
