- Major (Retd) Gaurav Arya (born 25 September 1972) is the consulting editor for strategic affairs with Republic TV, on defense, national security and strategy. A former Indian army officer, he served in the army from 1993 to 1999 and was attached to the Kumaon Regiment. He is a public speaker and talks about defense, leadership, motivation, team building, strategic affairs, national security and capability building. He is often seen on prime-time TV debates and has also spoken at various TED Talks (TEDx).
Gaurav Arya is an alumnus of St. Stephens College Delhi, where he studied History (Hons) and graduated in 1992. After retiring from the Indian army on health grounds in 1999, he finished an MBA degree and joined the private sector.
In 1993, Arya started his training at the Officers Training Academy and was commissioned into the 17th Battalion, Kumaon Regiment on 5 March 1994.
Maj Arya was buried in snow at 17000 feet above sea level in -25 degrees in 1996 when he was in 36 Sector aka Sugar Sector at Chinese Border. In 1999, due to a medical issue he retired from the Indian Army as a Major which coincided with completion of his short service. After leaving the army, he joined the private sector and completed his Master of Business Administration degree. At present, Major Arya is a journalist with Republic TV specialising in defence and producing content related to the Indian security forces in various parts of the nation.

Hello ! Major Gaurav Arya Sir and Vaibhav Sir,
Recently a Key security pact of weapon and transfer of Hardware between Pakistan and Washington known CIS-MOA Communication Interoperability & Security Memorandum of Agreement has been approved. The pact was signed in 2005 for fifteen years and it expired in 2020. However after three years later in 2023 it has been renewed again for next fifteen years. Important to note that U.S.A. has only signed such deals with the countries who are their defence allies and partners. However it sounds fishy and downplayed cuz of its secrecy and yet NOT being officially declared.
Earlier In the year 2022 Pentagon U.S. also provided F16 upgrade to Pak worth US $450 million also not to forget the supplying of weaponries by U.S.A. of worth over US $3.5 billion including F16 fighter jets and Howitzers and attack helicopters in the last two decades.
All that happening even when Pak has still relied on China being seller of weapons for last seven years and from 2017-21 alone made up almost 72% of their military defense and arsons deal.
And as you have yourself covered in this video that U.S. also saying "Support the dialogue" statement by Mathew Miller spokesperson of United States came after Pak pm shahbaz sharif's Statement "Ready to talk with the neighboring country War not an option" on eve of celebration of the 10 years of CPEC between Pak and China in the last week of July, earlier in mid of July vice premier of China He lifeng also arrived in Islamabad being awarded with Hilale pakistan second best civilian award

#Question5 Are the opposition's plea in SC ongoing hearing whether to restore Art370 and all these geopolitical scenarios in our neighborhood interconnected with each other to influence upcoming Loksabha elections 2024 ? What's your take on these
