It's all about TONE ! I saw The Martin Barre Band in a 800 seat venue . He had a Soldano head and a SINGLE Barefaced 12" cabinet . The sound was excellent . The board was fairly compact . I am sure THEIR sound engineer was totally in control and no one was killed with stage volume . Previously he would use a 2-12" Marshall cabinet . I have seen Santana with a small Mesa Boogie set up in a stadium . Let the sound engineer work the house sound .
He does (to a certain extent). If you look closely, only two speakers are mic'd. When I saw him a bunch of years ago, I noted that only a couple amps had cables running to their inputs. If you watch the Rig Rundown, when they show the back of the wall, only a couple cabinets are connected. It's pretty funny! Beyond that, as one who was a teenager in the '70s, I still get excited when I see a huge backline despite knowing (or suspecting) that most of it isn't running anyway.
A wall of fake Amps and 4x12-cabinets. Left to the stage a single Ampeg-Refrigerator…like this would fit the bill to not faked Cabinets of the guitar….other than that, outstanding Band!
I think that they're all real. Most of them aren't one or connected. Watch his rig rundown on UA-cam...when they go around back, you'll see that most of the amps and cabs aren't connected. It's funny!
Makes Marshall look useless, all those Amps (28) and Cabs (12) and all the Bass Player needs is one Head and a 8x10 cabinet. Drummer, just two sticks and a block of wood.
That was awesome 🤘🤘🤘🤘
His vibrato😍🤟
that‘s awesome, Yngwie should do a cover album! 🤘🏻💯🔥
He has already done it: "Inspiration" is the album's name.
@@PetriSainio you are right, but that was in 96, I think a temporary album would be well received!
correction he did.. Blue Lightning 2019, amazing cover songs! 🤘🏻🔥🎸
One Ampeg for the bassist 😢
AND he let the drummer come back to the center stage! No riser though. Cutbacks I guess, I get it.
The bass would run direct anyway. These days a stage amp really isn't necessary...but we WANT them!
I like the stacks of Marshalls. I just think it looks really cool. What else would you rather have? A curtain? A wall?

When I saw Alvin Lee with Ten Years After at the Fillmore East , he had 4 Marshall stacks and the sustain was endless ! They were ALL plugged in !
Yngwie should plug into those Marshall stacks instead of playing thru that small bass amp...it's a nice bass amp,I get it.
Marsshallllll foreverrrrr
Fredoonnnnnnn
Trumpppppppppppp 🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
He has one song
He should just make a poster of those amps that are off..
So the roadie doesn't have to restack amps that aren't even used
"Claire de Lune" Yngwie style!
Let er rip!
Ted riff ruled
It's the 2nd best guitar riff ever written (Stranglehold is 1st). It's true, just ask Ted, he'll confirm it! 🤣
Holy WOW! He is the last KING after EVH. !!!!!! Jimi EVH and YJM they come in three's
RR
@@stevekimmel3841 Randi Rhodes was really really good, like George Lynch I think Zack wild was far better than Randy Rhoads.
@@JunkRemovalPros I think even Zack might say Saint Rhoads was better

Yep, pure theatre. But folk go to the show, only us players know what’s really going on.
Just proves what a terrible artist he is, good guitar player but even cat scratch fever is better than anything he has writen.
His 80's stuff was damn good. And he had some of the best rock singers of all time. All he had to do was NOT be the entire show.
Sorta true except solos.
@@funkster007 Yeah, he kinda peaked at Fire and Ice for me.
@@gun_toting_lefty- come on. Attack, Seventh Sign, Magnum Opus, Alchemy, and the Concerto are also awesome albums. His playing is top notch on those.
