Hi Cheese... you can go adding stitches at the beginning and at the end, then a row without increases, and then another row increasing until you reach the size you want. Then, you make a few rows with that same number of stitches, and then start decreasing, until you get to the middle of the heart. I know it is difficult to modify a pattern, I will try to make another one, bigger, so you can follow the pattern. Thank you for your comments, I really appreciate it. 🤩

Then when we do the first 30 row we take 18 st And the second 30 row will be the same so how we gonna skip 1 stitch between them? it will be 17 it's not gonna be the same I hope you understand me and answer me because I got stuck here and this a gift for someone's birthday ):
