I'm looking at that sea terrace deal. That's a great deal. Once the down payment is made are you able to make charges whenever you'd like?

It depends on when your cruise is. You can make any changes up to 120 days before your sailing. Otherwise, you can sell it to someone and change the name on the reservation up to 2 days before departure.
