I suffer from sever insomnia which i get panic attacks or start to shake cause I get very anxious so I went to my doctor told him about the situation and he recommended sleeping with no clothes...I stared to try it for the first week but that failed so I Have a habit of instead falling asleep on the floor but I sleep cry since age five so when I wake up I have dry tears on my cheeks but also am used to having my mom making me fall asleep with her voice but since she’s busy and working she comes home late but I believe I hope I can meet the person I want and God knows who he is so yeah 💕🥺
