Because if if you are really a doctor and you know some children are born with high-pitched voices when they learn to talk so they can't control how their voices sound it just takes them time to go out of it when their voice is change

I don’t think the little girl exists. I think the mother records the voice on a voice changer and interacts with the sound file. If the camera panned round, you’d see a dead raccoon dressed in little girl’s clothes with a Bluetooth speaker sewn to her coat.
