Tell you what, my dad used to make fried fish (catfish, tilapia, whatever cheap fish you wanna use) using crushed Lays original chips for the breading, that shit was amazing. I recommend trying that out if you like baked or fried fish with a nice golden brown breading. Then of course you season with Lowry’s or Louisiana seasoning, then top it off with some Louisiana hot sauce. That shit’s the bomb. Some of us white folks like a little more than just some salt and pepper on our food lol.
