I have two Model 103 "spaceguns" with all the weights. They are high quality, and fun and accurate pistols to shoot.
My good old friend Herb Carlson worked his entire life at gun manufacturing in New England. He was an engineer at High Standard along with time at Marlin, Colt and others. When he passed in the late 80's He left his personal collection to Me. High Standard made such a fine handgun. Good to see you have a collection Yourself. Great video.

This was a pistol my wife shot in bullseye for a number of years. We sold when I bought the Benelli's about 1990 ish.
High Standard guns like we will never see again!

I have a few of these High Standards They are extremely well made with really great triggers I think they are some of the finest guns ever produced out of Conn. or Mass

Nice Nib's, I use yellow #6 drywall anchors as snap caps in .22's. You can use them several times each and are cheap to buy. No damage to the barrel chamber.

Oh, yeah. I know all about lake affect. I recall back in the 70's I believe it was. Buffalo was closed down. The only thing moving was snowmobiles. It was written up in National Geographic. Were you caught up in that? I wish the newer model air pistols allowed for easier barrel swap. I'd love to be able to get my hands on one of those classic Supermatic Citations. I'm sure they are as rare as hen's teeth.

Took my Grandpas to gun shop In Gahanna Ohio those Clowns Couldn't Get A New Magazine For It Probably 1981 Probably A lot of these sat around because of Nobody making parts , Never could understand how such a history could be lost in time

Good gosh mr nibs your collection is truly amazing I also have a soft spot for 22s just pick up a keltec p17 cool gun very light 17 shots and very accurate and only 200 bucks might Wana pick one up good videos wich I binge watch while working out thanks again keep it up I'm passing the word
