FRANKE SLOUP IS CLOWN
I'm over 65, if you're not breaking the law or hurting anybody, the cops leave you alone. Some a nice, some aren't. It's not an easy job in my town.
@robertlawrence9000 He's retired now and going to the East Coast to see his Dad. He did his 20 years, good for him.
@@Mark-qv4bn If that's true, good for everyone he doesn't have to interact with.
You’d think a guy with 3 active warrants and a double suspended DL would wear his seat belt and NOT drive 30mph over the speed limit to avoid detection from the cops. This boy didn’t get arrested. He turned himself in.
I know right? I say this all the time.
Laws are suggestions to these people. They will be the first ones to brake check you also.
Nah
It’s like the guy that has $50,000 of drugs in the car and his tail light is out…

@@Rational_thinker_212 You don't see that this guy is all ego and over escalatory / arrogant? His Sheriff's office is so proud, one of their finest!
His name is Deputy Sheriff Frank Sloup. Pinal County, AZ, has a YT and he also has his own. He's the chilliest dude.
I came here to say this very same thing.
@@ericthedude9457He really is man. Frankly I can't stand him. He has his moments, but generally he almost always has this air of superiority about him where he's constantly talking down to everyone. He's been called out by a number of channels in the past for some questionable/potentially unlawful practices, but he has own channel and social media presence and everything where his followers seem to think he's a paragon of modern law enforcement but I'd have to disagree. I'm just glad I live multiple states away from his jurisdiction so I'll never have to deal with him.
All cops need to be like this officer, NO EGO! Just business, fair and without the drama. Bravo sir!

As a Deputy myself (Pasco Co Sheriff's Office, Florida) Deputy Sloup is a ROLE MODEL for how all law enforcement officers should interact with the public. I've worked with Deputies who are so arrogant and condescending that they could turn a routine traffic stop on an 80 year old grandmother into a "battery on a law enforcement" case. Deputy Sloup is the polar opposite - his mannerisms and verbal interactions with the public are respectful, but firm when needed - that's why so many people he arrests or issues citations to "thank him" instead of fighting him. The "Friday with Frank" video series is huge PLUS for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.
❤ Thank you for all you do! 😊👍
He seems cool
Retired Deputy here... I couldn't agree more. The way he maintains his professionalism is spot on. As you know, that's not always easy. I lost my cool occasionally, especially when I was younger...but I was considered mellow compared to a lot of the guys.

I'm a 20+ year resident of Northern Arizona. I didn't know you couldn't have an ID card and a driver's license at the same time. I've never been arrested, and I'm getting close to 66. This is a law and order state, and so is Nevada. For the most part, law enforcement is not friendly here. DUI is very serious crime, as is touching hospital personnel for any reason. It's posted in the hospital, and you'll be charged with a felony doing so.
AZ law Enforcement here is VERY friendly. People not only don't want to admit they did something wrong when caught, but they also act like fools and argue under no true pretense. I bet that 99/100, that if you get pulled over you did something wrong. Face up to it like an adult should. If YOU had a bad experience, try looking in the mirror for the solution.
I don't live in the Phoenix area, I live in the far northwest. I'm in an isolated small town, and no, the Sheriff's are not friendly if you're breaking the law. The local police and firefighters are OK. I got one speeding ticket in 2011, and other than that, I've had a few interactions at work when they were looking for someone. I made a mistake saying generally they're not friendly, some are, some aren't. In small towns, the cops know who you are, and look out for us. Happy new year!

I ask because I've noticed there are those people who may have had a brief stint in the military or law enforcement and they seem to know more than anybody else about law enforcement and the military.
People who make a career of the military and law enforcement are not perfect. Mistakes will be made and corrective actions will be taken. They do, however, have a conviction about their service. They stand apart from the 4 to 7 year short timers.
