The word 'diversity' is used three times in the video. As someone who grew up in Larchmont I can assuredly say it is NOT diverse.
I grew up in Larchmont and it is lovely BUT it is expensive. house prices and taxes are astronomical. I love it and love to visit and could sit on a bench there for hours and be content but it is too expensive.
So, I gather from this "community profile" that Larchmont is a community for extremely privileged white women . . . .
Why would I want to buy anything here (especially given the astronomical property taxes)?
So pick out a nice spot in a Moscow suburb.
Water front views are typically expensive in any state so...
John Davis Westchester County is extremely profressive left. Unlikely youd find the kkk there.

@@tekkieman Forgive John Davis as its clear from his UA-cam channel he has never recovered from being rejected by women and clearly felt oppressed and threatened watching a video of lovely Larchmont that included a number of women far more successful than he will ever be.
