Eto yung legit, on the spot at tunay na laman at pag v-vlog ng ref. Yung ibang artista halata mong nag shopping muna at pinuno ung ref bago i-vlog. May mga pa ginger ail pa di naman talaga iniinom sa araw araw masabi lang na sosyal 😜✌🏻
Yes..para maging fresh ang gulay at tumagal..i used brown paper n galing groceries 😊. Tinutupi k yn maaus after iligpit mga groceries para ma reuse k s mga veggie. Mas matagal pag iwrap s paper hindi cya papawisan n nagiging cause ng pagkabulok agad ng vegetables. Pg dmo kc inalis s plastc madali pawisan ang gulay. .

For frozen food, put date on it or do first in, first out so you know which one to consume first. Minsan kasi may tendency na nilalagay lang sa unahan ng freezer yung bagong dating. - happy wife from Calios Sta Cruz Laguna
Yes, veggies must be covered with something [plastic, tissue, hand towels, etc.] to maintain its freshness by not exposing it to air everytime you open the shelf of your ref with vegetables! Frequent exposure to room temperature air of your stored veggies [especially the leafy ones] makes them rot/spoil easily! 😍
i agree miss carmina. we also do that to our veggies "kinukumutan" ng kitchen towels and it helps.

Yes I learned it in Japan to wrap veggies with paper towel since the 80's. Some veggies can be cut and put in a jar with water to preserve like carrots and celery etc. Ginger is better wrapped in a paper bag and can be store in the freezer. Onions is better put inside a paper bag with some holes around. 😊

hi carmina, i used to wrap ng plastic ung natirang ginger, sayote, or anything na nacut mo na. tpos d m na gagamitin, plastic wrap. and those green veggies i make sure n hindi cia wet then yes wrap it with kitchen tissue. you really have a nice refrigerator. if may spare sauce sa freezer k cia nilalagay.
Yes... personally proven and tested ko iyan Ms. Mina, I cover my veggies with old newspaper or paper before storing para mas matagal ang shelf life. 😍

Herbs like cilantro, I pre cut them and store in ice trays, so when you need it, just pop one ice cube out and put in yr dish. Ginger and garlic, I premince them in my food processor with a dash of salt and store in a jar in the fridge to save time when cooking.
yes kapag mag store kami ng gulay binabalot sa brown paper bag and sa newspaper. it helps prolong the freshness of the vegetables.

Hello Carmina and family...Erlinda from Canada, first time kong mapanood itong vlog mo...I was watching vlogs of mixed marriage @ 0530 after breakfast ng makita ko ito...1 tip ko sa veggie at talagang nag wowork sa akin...wrap your whole celery sa foil, leave in the fridge and it will last more than a month...kuha ka lang when you need then rewrap uli sa foil...

I do wrap my leafy vegetables with brown paper bag. It absorbs excess moisture while retaining freshness & crispness

For my leafy veggies i do that i make it a point to dry them well with my salad spinner. Then wrap it with paper towel and store them in a container.

Yes po it's true na dapat binabalot sa kitchen towel ang gulay tapos ilagay po sa plastic na dark ung color niya para green parin siya..kung wla po kitchen tissue pwede po sa dyaryo mas tipid at mas maganda nga po ang dyaryo ang ipangbalot kasi makapal..

Only Mina can get away with wearing a super casual tee with pearls! Love it. I love cleaning and keeping house, but I hate cleaning the fridge. My fridge is a mess..and am so envious of this tidy fridge :)

Hi miss carmina mahilig din kami sa gulay or mga leafy veggies ako sa tupper ware ko nilalagay yung mga gulay ko okay sya di agad nalalanta o nabubulok even yung malunggay okay sya ilagay sa tupperware.

Hi ms.carmina...ako nilalagay ko sa brown paper bag mga veggies...May s,m,l,xl paper bags ako,then yung carrots ,corn, beans yung pwede ifrozen hinihiwa ko na din sometimes depende sa pangangailangan ko even sa fruits then ,for bananas and apples nilalagyan ko ng lemon juice para di magdarken agad..yun lang.☺️♥️
