This is indeed a very cool gadget :) I have 2 sons who make paracord bracelets but wanted to make friendship type bracelets too. Being boys, they don't have the patience or desire to sit and make a traditional one so this has been perfect for them as they get ready for the upcoming seasonal craft sales (they sell stuff to raise money for Judo tournaments). The boys are 10 and 12 and have no problem working it. I love using it too, it really is easy and fun.
This is super duper cool! I cant wait to get mine on 28 December. But today is 23 November... mine is a headband kit and im looking up for some styles to make the headband. Oh well... i can my own style if i want to. But whatever... counting down days... :|

It takes a few tries but not too long to get the hang of making these. I've made about 5 of them now.

This takes a long time, but if you have 3 colors and braid the looping thread and then wrap it, it makes a really cool design.
