Women Horses Riders and Parade in Tope Costa Rica similar to what you see in Cabalgata Colombia, desfile hipico de Nicaragua and other latin American countries.
The cabalgata are different but similar to Appleby Horse Fair in Westmorland United Kingdom.

Many did not have a breeching on the harness. Going downhill, the weight of the whole sulki and passengers is taken on the wither pad and crupper.

Ever wondered what that horse looks like for the rest of the year? Stuck in a muddy field for winter. There is one near me which has ruined the field making it impossible to walk on due to is weight. Left out there whilst it's "traveller" owners can see it in all weathers from their window.
These people are NOT animal lovers. I have seen their cruelty first hand. Tying up foals they dont want or are ill down quiet country roads to die. D9 not be fooled by them
This fair has been going I think since the end of the 19th century

Have you seen the fairs where they force their horses and ponies cross deep swift rivers where the almost drown or they do. I have seen several where the horses drown because the rider keeps forcing them and don’t get off them. That’s about as cruel as it gets. Too bad it’s not the people drowning.
so many of those horses are so so tired that they cant even keep there heads up that brown one with the little horse with it is on its last leg and they need to stop over loading the pony carts love the ponies
Don’t agree with your remark, they don’t looked tired. They looked well looked after. Those for sale quite often fetch a lot of money. As a horse fair with sales of horses the RSPCA is also there for any potential problems. These people know their horses … and tens of thousands of people turn out to see them …
Unless you own horses and know about them ,they probably better looked after then some other privately own horses..horses are very strong for their size ,even a Shetland is..they’re fine.

Horses are travellers pride and joy they look after them really well. Some are worth alot of money too so they are no good injured or dead. I know a gypsy family I have seen how to treat their animals used to spend alot of time as a kid up their field

It’s an English tradition. Gone on for years,it makes a day out,and interesting,an old fashioned show of horses,and people enjoying themselves,so what if their litter,no worse then any other event,.lif u don’t like lit don’t live there or visit,.long live the fair.
I could tell right away by the treatment who put on this fair.

Horses are their lives , these are brought to sell - on their last legs 😂 don’t be so ridiculous! Travellers treat horses like their family…… great people and happy for them to congregate and see family and friends they see once a year! Old fashioned traditions morals and values in a world that’s gone crazy! Good people ❤

Two horse died through exhaustion if they know and care so much about the horses why flog them to death to show off on front of the crowds..times have changed they have not ...

The pair of painted horses (one pulling cart, one being led) shown at 9:15 min..the horse pulling the cart is obviously in pain, and lame. This horse shouldn’t be made to participate and pull a cart. I hate to see such cruelty
These horses & ponies are all in such good condition & fit. The owners are experienced horse people . The horses are perhaps kept in a muddy field as one person suggests but that is far better than being kept stabled because its raining. These horses should live out & when they are ridden they are soon cleaned up. I bought my last two horses off traveller's, they were unspoiled by people that didn't know what they were doing. Both well mannered, calm & happy natured , they both came traffic proof , no hang ups but always ready for a long energetic but controlled hack . ....wonderful !
look more horses whired colours of horse but they looked well looked after ? the hole filming shows another light to apple be which I think is good horses, people , carts, the amount of nice carts around apple be & the way they.ve made there carts .

Some of those owners are very cruel to those horses and ponys. They need to be stopped.

Look at the state of some of the horses, when was the last time they had a bath & groom, ages ago. Horrible people, they are NOT horse lovers at all, do not be fooled
