I think I was around 9 when I first heard Bone Thugs from my dad around 1998. To this day my favorite rap group. I highly recommend Mariah Carey and Bone Thugs - Breakdown (extended version). Thanks for the reaction.
Top 5 of all time. This was track 1 on disc 2 of the double disc pack I bought at Tower Records in ‘99. Love the expression on your face when you’re taken aback by the sheer talent These men are spitting right off the bat. The look it in your eyes made me smile. You recognize that this is talent. This is art. This is music. This is rap. Thank you for the joy you gave me today. Great reaction🙏
They had a good formula in the hooks, I think Krayzie and Layzie layered together a lot and Bizzy had the standout vocals (or high vocals to lift certain parts) Not sure where Wish Bone fit into the hooks but Live these days, its not as smooth with Wish doing the harmonious parts in the hooks (This, 1st of Month, Crossroads, Look Into My Eyes, If I Could teach the World, etc etc) I dont think Wish was in the hooks.
@@VloneFrank you'll definitely enjoy these. I used to bump this shit when I was in high school and still do now. Good music will always be good music. Keep up the grind
Track 01 of 💿 2 the most overplayed track, keep diggin into the 90's & 80's you will Never regret it React to the last track of that CD "You're Nobody Till Somebody Kills You" - Notorious B.I.G
Notorious Thugs vs Thug Luv Who ya got? Im from Cleveland so its a win win for me but the fact that Pac mentions Cleveland its "Thug Luv" for me. When that song comes on in Cleveland mannnnnnnnnnn its super lit . I do like the BIG flow switch for this song..... legendary
Not even a contest. BIG absolutely steals the song, even if Bone Thugz kill it to. BIG’s verse is just more iconic and quotable and will be remembered.
Found you randomly. Love this song. I was a teenager when this came out. You want bars? Try Blunt Blowin by Lil Wayne. Try to see if you get what he means by "a line between two dots"
@@VloneFrank nice. When you do, pay attention to those lyrics I posted. He puts these little messages in his lyrics that are not what they seem but you'll understand if you hear the whole content. I love it. I'll post what they mean when you react to it 😏🤓
I wish someone would confirm if Flesh did vocals on this. In the intro, the voice singing "Notorious Thugs" sounds like him instead of Krayzie to me, while Krazyie is singing "We're gonna rock the party..."... but they often layer vocals so who knows? But Flesh was at the session.
The first time bone and big went into the studio to record this song bone did all they verses on the first take big was embarrassed by his verse he switched his whole verse and style to keep up with bone
@@VloneFrankafter big heard bone verse he went home re wrote it and changed his flow to match bones and rerecorded it without bone there then when he passed they hadn’t heard his verse till the album came out
I think it's fair to put both your headsets on with these kind of classics because there are some elements of the beats that only hits the other part of the headphones that you don't hear on the other...hope i make sense
I fw this reaction heavy fam ! But u asked if this was done before biggie passed. Bruh u literally paused n broke down the BIG line when he said Bone n Big nigga die slowly live on the mic 🤣💀 he also had a different verse at first but when he heard Bone rip Stevie’s beat like that he told them to give him another night. they inspired BIG to go back in the booth n switch his style to write a verse that kept up with their tempo, and they was featuring on HIS album 😂 he ended up killing it tho
Fact: only Bizzy's and Biggie's verse are original. Krayzie's verse was from this song called "Strictly 4 my grind" and Layzie's verse was originally on "U ain't Bone"
Biggie is on another level. Tupac is nowhere near as good as Biggie. And I only like Biggie's verse on this whole song. He should have done the whole song. Only Big Pun is on Biggie's level.

@@SavageKillaBeesStevie J produced the best track of his life.

Nah..bizzy bone stole the show plus bone all over the chorus and the fact biggie used their flow. This song would be just as hard without biggie
It's easier to memorize bigs verse ,they couldn't catch bones lyrics cuz they are wrote out very wrong
This was Biggies best rap verse, but Bizzy out rapped Biggie
I remember my first time hearing this
Bone also did songs with fallen legends like Big Pun, Coolio, DMX and Gangsta Boo among many many others
Definitely need to check Bizzy Bone Thugz Cry!!❤☄️⚡️🌪❤
