Hey great video! Just wanted to ask some stuff about surge utility changes. Since we lose out on soul absorber weakpoint, doesn't surge become really bad at destruction (only earthcleaver which is also counter). Also since EC is now in rotation for stacks, counter utility went down as well. Also would love to hear overwhelm rune recommendations and how our stagger has changed (for example which moves are best to use during stagger phases), thanks again!

Tyvm, precise and concise, it s all i needed. I was worried rotation was clunky, but actually seems crazy fast and bursty. I guess replacing dark Axel for tuning shalsh would be a better QoL but a big drop of stacks...i ll try the sweaty build you suggest tho, since spincutter is now full reposition took i should be fine without dark axel
Maybe I'm wrong but Mass Increase + Raid Captain feels like an engraving combo that only really shines in Trixion. I can think of so many scenarios where I'm holding my surge to make sure that I'm going to hit the back, and during that time, realistically, Maelstrom has most likely run out, and if you don't get a Rage rune proc during that cycle you're probably doing less damage than Cursed Doll
Assuming 0 maelstrom and rage run uptime - raid captain has about 13% efficiency which is like 1-2% diff to cd. You only need 40% maelstrom or rage rune uptime for rc to perform better than cd.

Hey man, Just a question can I still go CD with RC?. Reason being is because I got a 10-6-1 stone, and that stone being adrenaline 10 and cursed doll 6 lol. So I guess I drop KBW for RC? and I can still keep up or am I still loosing out due to all of the other variables included?

Great video, didn't realize mass increase was viable with the changes, that's great! I have a 97 stone with the 7 being Raid captain . Can I go grudge adr mass increase ambush and surge at 3 and RC 2? Since I would run adr should I prioritise kbw instead of mass increase?
I don't have a 97 stone and i recently got an insane bracelet 120crit 100 spec, ambush back attack 4% and 2 other stats. Should i build raid cpt, mass increase, adren, grudge ambush + ether pred 1 or should i go for grudge, RC, MI, AM, surge and adrenaline 1 taking in consideration elixirs :)?
The movement speed/attack speed calc at 3:00 was really confusing because you started to calc for both MS/AS (starting at "Blade Arts 10%...") in the middle of a MS only calc, yet to only add up the MS values without labeling any numbers or conveying what "=" means. I didn't understand why you added the 10% from Blade Arts to the 18.1% visually bc they are in separate lines, until you explained it verbally. I think I wouldn't have had to look for the meaning behind numbers if the AS was just separate, or at least entirely enclosed in parentheses with units for all the percentages. Otherwise, I enjoyed this and learned a lot!
Thank you for pointing it out, the numbers on the slide were mainly to show that I did math. When I was working on it I didn’t care too much about making it easier too read xdd I thought most ppl would just skip the part
hi syla thanks for guide i was wondering about RC all the time we do have the same rotation but in my case, we doing the maelstrom after first surprise attack right, and the mspd buff is barely made it to our surge so do u have another rotation that safe/better for raidcapt surge or u do just the same as usual? also how many % damage does we lose if we send surge when we didnt have maelstrom up? in ur video aswell, the maelstrom barely (if not already gone) made to ur surge too (same case as mine) im running 5x3+1 still working to get precise leg bracelet too with KBW + 1 EP should i switch my adre 3 to adre 1 and add RC or should i stick with this?
Good question, even if you never surge in maelstrom window it’s still better than cursed doll. We’re also using running double rage rune for safety, so don’t worry about maelstrom too much. And you don’t have to switch builds right away, old build still works, just a but weaker
maybe my build path is wrong here.. did manage to make my new 5x3+1 as I am main swapping. I went Grudge, Ambush, Adren, Raid Captain, Surge +1 Ether Pred? Would this still be viable or would I get more damage out of KBW switch with adren and make my adren the +1?

Theoretically ep should be better than 1 but it’s pretty close and can depend on multiple things. However if you’re looking at KBW vs MI I would suggest MI unless you have good crit gain from bracelet
What build would u recommend for 1600 alt that has a couple of elixirs but no set bonus. AFAIK the only way to get critrate from elixirs is to get at least 35 set bonus with Master, right? I don't see myself getting that anytime soon tbh. Right now im using surge, grudge, kbw, adre, ambush, +EP 1. I don't have a precision bracelet.

Yes it has highest ceiling! Nice stone you got. Although KBW value will go up with entropy removal, we don’t know exactly what’s going to change etc. back attack bonuses? New set? So for now and for you guys at least have 7-8 months until then, RC MI will have highest ceiling!

Well with this build using two rage runes, we have 36% chance of at least one rage rune proc. Even if maelstrom expired it’s okay to rely on rage runes and if you wanna be extra safe you can use turning slash first, and mael-earth-bd-br-sa-Surge. Don’t rush maelstrom, wait for a back attack pattern and squeez in all skills and you will be okay with the window.
you did mentione that having CD2 is better than other options in your case scenarion, but I have cut a stone that is KBW2 so should I switch my build to 5x3+1 or keep my KBW2? (stone is adr 9 kbw 7)

If it gets deleted without any replacement set, kbw would be god tier. However most entropy classes rely on entropy for crit rate so I think they will rework the sets or make a replacement set. tldr: we never know

I would say blitz dmg cd first, bd dmg next, but after that just slowly start replacing them, just swap the one that comes up first when you are rerolling gems

Quick Question: I never see anyone on loawa ranking go MI3 at all, rather I see more people going KB CD AD2~ Only saw one or two player on the Ranks with RC3, is there a reason behind that? EDIT: Looking further into Top 110+ I've seen more RC3 (~20%) still only a small number play MI
People that have 97 stone will probably stick to their current settings, and I people that high usually have a static and in that case kbw > mi with crit synergy. Kbw starts to perform better than MI when you have 80+ crit rate
with elixirs u have that tho if I am not mistaken so I dont find any reason to go mi instead of kbw. On top of that kbw is a multiplier and mi is a additive eng.@@syla4115
@@Astowael Then if you read the description at bracelet it says "crit hit %" meanwhile glavier syn also "crit hit %". exactly same description but on bracelet gives crit rate, the other gives dmg to party. So it's AGS translation issue..?
out of subject, but it's because glaivier used to be a crit synergy before it became a crit dmg buff. and back to the guide, just use common sense for that, why would a guide ask you to put on a precision bracelet when you remove adrenaline to compensate for crit rate?
Hi I have a 9/6 adrenaline ambush stone, no precise on elixir, always with a static with crit syn 90 % of the time, would you say keenblunt is better option than RC? I’m going to do surge/am/adrenaline/grudge/ KBWORRC +1 ether
Thank you ! Forgot to mention the synergy is an aeromancer so I’d also have full raid cap efficiency I believe. If that’s the case would RC1 be better than EP1
@@iAngala yea RC would be best then. If you have aero synergy you can be more flexible with maelstrom timing-> use it after earth turning so you always have it for surge and can even swap out epic rage to something else
Reworked surge typically has no issues with this since you only need 27 stacks for 2 bubble return and it only takes like a second to get 27 stacks. However in rare cases you need recovery, just use all your skills that you have and start 2 bubble cycle.
Between RC amd KBW you always wanna go RC. KBW is comparable with MI instead. If you have a crit synergy in your static KBW starts to perform better, but there’s lot to consider such as elixir crit dmg, etc

Yea destruction is pretty bad. But stagger is really good if you do ec turning identity ec turning

Yea in that case you can go either RC or KBW. If you think you can get enough crit I suggest kbw esp since smilegate announced removal of entropy set.

You could go adr 1 build, just get crit synergies in your party

I’d recommend just sticking to your current build. Once you get elixir set effect you can slowly start changing build
tldr: spend gold on elixirs first, it’s more dmg inc than going new build

Yes the old build still works fine but you’ll be losing 3-4% on average, only higher in certain situations where you get extra ap buff mechanism
I’m also using the old build still, saving up for 333332 100 qual build that costs 700k gold

Up to you, more crit is always better but really don’t make huge difference in real raid

You just spam all skills and start with 2 or 3 bubbles again. There’s no recovery option but at the same time orb return got buffed so it’s nice

I think in your case only option for lv1 engraving would be E.P 1 so kbw 2 still might be a little bit stronger.. (try cutting a new stone..?)

I do that in guardian raids - I get exactly 2 bubbles (1801 spec) when I use all my skills. In raids just use awakening pot.
Why not have another Rage rune on Surprise attack? Do you have the bleed to maintain the attack buff?
If you read the pinned comment, the skill you saw is my typo and should be windcut. Surprise attack is one above 👍

raidcaptain is still better than cursed doll even if you can't fit in surge in maelstorm window.
When entropy gets deleted as they said they would delete it; can we use kbw to make up for the crit dmg?

I don’t remember exactly but lv9 cd gems are needed for smooth cycle

Probably people who rolled ad cd stones as it is a 9/7 usable in reverse so they stuck with that rock.
People that have 97 stone will probably stick to their current settings, and I people that high usually have a static and in that case kbw > mi with crit synergy. Kbw starts to perform better than MI when you have 80+ crit rate
with elixirs u have that tho if I am not mistaken so I dont find any reason to go mi instead of kbw. On top of that kbw is a multiplier and mi is a additive eng.@@syla4115

It has high crit value that gives 1-2% ?
it has precision bonus (on hit +3/4/5% crit rate)

out of subject, but it's because glaivier used to be a crit synergy before it became a crit dmg buff.
and back to the guide, just use common sense for that, why would a guide ask you to put on a precision bracelet when you remove adrenaline to compensate for crit rate?

Hi I have a 9/6 adrenaline ambush stone, no precise on elixir, always with a static with crit syn 90 % of the time, would you say keenblunt is better option than RC? I’m going to do surge/am/adrenaline/grudge/ KBWORRC +1 ether

Kbw 3 for sure, once you get elixirs your crit rate is 95% or above.

@@iAngala yea RC would be best then. If you have aero synergy you can be more flexible with maelstrom timing-> use it after earth turning so you always have it for surge and can even swap out epic rage to something else

what do you do for recovery?
Reworked surge typically has no issues with this since you only need 27 stacks for 2 bubble return and it only takes like a second to get 27 stacks. However in rare cases you need recovery, just use all your skills that you have and start 2 bubble cycle.
with no precision bracelet should i swap CD for KBW or RC?
Between RC amd KBW you always wanna go RC. KBW is comparable with MI instead. If you have a crit synergy in your static KBW starts to perform better, but there’s lot to consider such as elixir crit dmg, etc
Hi i got 2 question for u, atm im 5x3+2 build with grudge/keen/surge/Ambush/adr+2 CD, should i switch out keen for RC? 2nd question is atm what is most value in gems after surge dmg and wind cut cd?
Blitz dmg > bdance dmg > blitz cd> turning = earth dmg > turning earth cd> bd cd imo

it does so precision + 7% > 10% from adrenaline
5% Adre 7% master elixir is already 12% + bracelet.

Yes, it still has higher ceiling. Try to get crit synergies in your party
