would advise flushing the sediment from the bottom of the tank too. like a line ran to the bottom and use a fluid vacuum tool with tank out. probably a bunch of crap in there too if you get the cheap gas from an old gas station.
Just wanna thankyou for showing me how to do this. I just did mine and the scooter is back in action. However, I couldn't get the clip holding the fuel pump in just right (supposed to go under the black metal thingie around the pump). Yeah, gas came gushing out after I removed it too.
how you guys get the fuel pump back in. what.a pain in the arse. I can't spend more time messing with this! I am about to remove the damn tank off. any tips

Buddy, I need to get the wires from the fuel pump, what do I have to dismantle?
Why do it with full tank of gas?
How much money 💰 that please fuel pump
your second part doesn't show how you put it back in.
hi saw you had changed a bigger fuel line, is this a high flow fuel pump "bigger" capacity
tan jheng sin Hi, fuel line is the same, not changed and the fuel pump is oem standard replacement.
vladt30 thanks.. as it look the same as yuminashi high flow fuel line
tan jheng sin didn’t even know they had one..
You should have drain all the fuel before removing the pump
Guess you forgot to drain the fuel first. that would help
