This video is to help HR recruiters understand better what each IT professional that is involved in the SDLC does. It's hard for a non-technical recruiter to select the best technical professionals if thy don't know what is their role in constructing a software program.
So if you are an HR recruiter, maybe this video will help you understand some of the concept or "keywords" that you see job description. I use a lot of metaphors and the explanations are very general, short and simple.
