I was a very stressed out person for a good portion of my life. Since practicing daily meditation and prayer with affirmations of self love and forgiveness for myself and others, as well as always starting my day with teachings from Mooji, Eckhart, Louise Hay. Wayne Dyer and Michael Singer, my life has transformed. I’ve always been an “upper” - I have a counseling practice that is dedicated to boosting people by freeing them of negative self doubt and crippling anxiety through prayer and meditation. But I tend to have crippling anxiety myself. Lately, my practices are evening me out and it’s made a huge difference. I feel sustained peace of mind every day. I am kinder, more accepting, more helpful to others and myself. Life is bliss if you can accept it all with equanimity and, yes, love - for everything and everyone. You can have challenging moments, but you process them faster and you let them go like passing clouds. Life is changeable. Thats’s life! If you can’t accept that, you’ll be miserable.
Thx Micky. I like the annology of holding a board against the wind vs letting it pass threw me. I like the way we were reashured we know the difference between our mind & spirit. That has always confused me. Learning to make a game of strong emotions so they can pass through me. Jai Micky.
