Love the workout format. A request though. The combination of 30-second rounds, angled camera, voiceover explanation, and long sets of instructions that are tiny on my phone means I occasionally miss a round. I can’t figure it out in time. I keep coming back to this one, though, so maybe next time I’ll get it all! Thanks for creating these!
