There's a small crevice where you can either insert a small flat screwdriver or any strong pick to remove the clip.

I bought a set of two, one is getting paired and one is not getting paired. Not sure what i am doing wrong!

Do you remember any sort of particular button press to pair? It said double tap to pair which i did. But double or single or triple tap, all it does is keeping the blue light blinking and it goes off after 10 seconds or so. I did not charge yet, i am really hoping it is because it has less charge or so. Can you also tell me how much time it took you for the first charge and will broadlink rm4 gateway work with this? (I saw it on the internet it does, but no idea if it's possible considering both are different companies), appreciate your help.

Hello. I have been searching & searching then came across your video. I feel stupid asking this but what is the best setting for the light/temp? I have set up all settings including the timer and the curtains never open/close when supposed to, and will randomly open. I dont know if it a setting due to light/temp. Or what. I have adjusted it so many times but can't seem to get it to work accurately. TIA.
Hi @mbottoms thank you for your question. I had the same situation too. I was even thinking that maybe my device was faulty hehehe. I live in a tropical country so I selected higher temp and light. And setup time of on/off instead
Hi I am unable to connect the curtain robot to the gateway. Any solution you recommend?
Takes some trial and error
I 🎉having same problem. When bluetooth on phone ON it will work on tuya smart app. If i turn off Bluetooth it stops working.
I have a tuya zigbee gateway but it will not find the motor.
What is wrong?
Trial and error will help. Or try to ask Google to refresh all devices

Yes you can. It’s kinda forcing the motor to move though.
I never manually operated it because I always ask Google to open the curtain for me.
I also have this curtain robot.
What is the item "Bind" displayed when initializing the device on the setting screen used for?
When you tap it, a number string "0000..." is displayed.

Are you able to help me for voice control part? I bought same smart curtain motors and zigbee gateway, but i still cant voice control them. Dont know whats wrong.
It’s a hit-or-miss type. You need to make sure that its Bluetooth is connected to zigbee instead of your phone.
Another approach is to ask Google “update all devices”

I have mine set up. How do you get the ‘time’ function to work? I tried setting some but nothing happens. Presumably the timer settings are stored on the motor?
Great that you got yours setup. In the Smart Life, go to the curtain device., tap the gear icon, and set the timer. This is how I changed. The weird part for me is that it doesn't open on the set time on Saturday and Sunday. But on Sunday and Monday.
@@T.On.Things Thanks. I’ve tried that and none were triggered. Like you, I think there might be a problem with the internal clock (maybe to do with my time zone). Yours seems to be out by a day 😂. But can I confirm: once you have set up timers via Bluetooth, they just work, even when I am away with my phone? I have no gateway.
