Great to see you again. When you started to talk about the two of swords, I need to nerd out a bit. I really want to get into the games industry, and one of the inspiring games I played was The Witcher. Also a Netflix adaption and originally book series. Geralt (The Witcher) wields two swords - silver for monsters, and steel for humans, but one of his most defining traits is his balance (mostly, until things get really complicated) and also, his neutrality. (Moreso for rather not wanting to choose between two evils, lesser, greater, even midling). And neutrality can be a form of balance. He slays monsters, and his actions while unknown at the time, has consequences no matter his choice, forced or willing, or lack of choice. Games and tech is rough right now, to break into. I've been dealing with healing from setbacks, in my recent past, to my earliest years. Epiphany that I have PTSD symptoms, and ADHD (but cannot get help for, because NHS waiting list). The continual feeling I've been held back from my own life and dreams, by greater powers, luck, or maybe even karma repayment from a past life. I am still committed to my dreams, to make art for games. I have a plan, and actionable steps for the next few months to better my craft, and time to better myself. I've been trying to fight my inattentive ADHD ways, battling the way my mind works against my betterment, as well as it's demons spawned so long ago. The past few days I have had signs, divine ones promising light and joy, in the form of encouragement, and people making me feel my worth, as well as coincidences. I am on the right path I have chosen, and I must become comfortable with a further delay, which is fine, I can use that time to learn and refine my 3D craft and advance it (all for a junior job, ha...)
