Love em! I watch *'80s Commercial Vault'* all the time! They have every 80s commercial you can possibly think of. They also have every 90s commercial and a lot of 70s commercials. One of my most watched channels on YT.
@* * no, they didn't. It's just teams that won the game, regardless of whether or not they won the $5k. And there was never any episodes that had _just_ the teams that won the $5k.
There actually was a tournament during this era featured teams that won their $5000, those teams that won the $5000 were invited back to play for the chance to triple their winnings, so yes there was a set of episodes with the $10,000 Bonus Sweep, they were playable here for awhile and I wish Jennings or MR Newton uploaded those episodes on Dailymotion.
It appeared to be too much on the scale, which read 1.03, but she took one piece out, which got the total to the acceptable mark. It has to be between 0.98 and 1.02 to count.
2000 lbs of peanuts in 4 weeks? That's an average of 500 lbs per week or 71 lbs 6.857142 oz per day. How many kg/g is that? 907 kg 184.7 g for 4 weeks (32 kg 399 g 455 mg per day)
Gabriela Mallo what I liked is that they realized it could have been the popcorn or the mouth wash and they split up. Smart thinking the two of them had !!!!!!
I've only seen them mention penalties after the sweep once and that was because the team literally only got bonuses. Despite not grabbing a single grocery item, they still somehow got 13 dollars in penalties and even then they didn't go into details, just that they got penalties (score went from 700 to 687). I've only heard the announcer ever talk about 25 or 100 dollar penalties so Idk how you even get 13 dollars in penalties.
@@kongowongo I remember that episode. Iirc, the contestant got a very small amount in groceries, but got penalties that exceed that amount. For example, he may have gotten $62 in groceries and $75 in penalties.
The commercials make it even more worth while! Thank you for including them!!
I agree!! I am enjoying these decent commercials. They sure don't make them like this anymore.
Love seeing these old commercials LOL
Me too.
me too seen one with red lobster 30 shrimps for 10 bucks

Same here. Glad they left them in.
Which is something I never thought I'd say.
Same 😂
I totally forgot about that Fischer Price arcade water fountain! I want one just as bad now as I did then 🤣🤣👍
The Green Giant bonus was my favorite 😂😂😂😂
They should've had a tournament for people that DID win $5000.

They did. It was called "Double Your Money" Week.

Ahhh the 90's Crystal Pepsi!
Pepsi Wild Bunch
I love Jordan's blonde hair.
This winning team was featured in the 1994 opening sequence!
Although this episode was originally uploaded by TVLubber a few years ago, but this copy was in better quality.
Is his copy still there?
Yes.
This may be in better quality, but at least we now have ourselves a Buzzr copy from that marathon that aired this past Saturday.
It sure looked like she handed the tide off right at 30 sec.
Smart to split up at the end. I thought ACT popcorn too. But I'm glad she remembered the mouth wash.
this is what looting looks like
I saw the powder Tide instead of liquid Tide do you think that still counts
No, it has to be the marked package. So even if she brought back a liquid Tide, it would need the mark.
Why did the announcer say it was "too much candy" for team number one but they still got the 100 dollars

They won the 💰

This is The Day. !!!!
It's the act one toothpaste stuff not popcorn and two lovely couple got the $5000
@Dillon Wood
My favorite animals are bats. What is your favorite animal, in your opinion?
That was a tough one, because there's ACT mouthwash as well as the Act One popcorn, so it's not easy to figure out which of the two it is
Gabriela Mallo what I liked is that they realized it could have been the popcorn or the mouth wash and they split up. Smart thinking the two of them had !!!!!!
Yes, sometimes splitting up gets results!!
Nice game!
very nice
Grainy footage but high energy
Wasn't Lynn on $100,000 Pyramid in 1987?
Dan Barker indeed she was...Lynn qualified for the tournament with the help of Nipsey Russell (video is on UA-cam)
@@peterkrahn2224 And she was in the 100K Tournament with Marilyn Richardson and MG McCormick that Summer.
Call me crazy.. but... they figured those last two answers out WAAy to easy. You eould think they were handed the answers and told to act Surprised
Id like to think they would have mentioned the penalty they got when tabulating the total
