Alright so I’ve tried this out- it IS painful, but about the same amount as threading
Thank you for the tutorial. i bought this product with hope to decrease time spent on hair removal. I wasn't quite sure how to use this even after reading the instructions.
It is painful, although you say it isn't... but not as painful as compared to waxing or epilator (which is what i think you are getting at) and I think it is going to get less painful just like you get used to plucking with tweezers. Thanks Again!

Waxing is way less painful.
It gets less painful each time. Initially painful like any other hair removing method. Waxing is painless, eventually. With time they all are.
If you warm your face up beforehand it doesn’t hurt as much. If you do it weekly it stops hurting after a month!

I use this on my chin (thanks hashimotos) and it kinda hurts a little bit, but not as bad as plucking with tweezers.

M not much sensitive to pain. But this thing is quite painful as u can feel it pulling out each hair at a time. So it is literally pain multiplied into the number of facial hair.😂

Another important part is of course to cleanse the face before using such a device. It is painful, but not like waxing and I like that I can take it with me when traveling.

Yes it does, I've had one for 10 years now but you have to meticulously pluck them all. It hurts but depends on your pain threshold of you can bear it.

It looks risky tho! What if you lose control over the product or have a finger slip? Disaster! :( Might need a lot of practice to use or love this one.

It is DEFFO not painless so u rlly shldnt hv put tht in the title. However, once u use it for sum time, it rlly does get bearable. I’ve been using it for about a year (more I think) and it doesn’t really hurt anymore.
I'm really scared to use it for the first time becasue the pain might be extremely unbearable for me.
Zainab Zubair the first time I used it, it rlly did hurt and I was thinkin “fuck WHY DID I GET THIS”. But the results is what made me continue. After doing it for the first time, the hair didn’t grow back until a good 3-4 weeks later when I felt it was necessary to do it again. Before I was using Nair cream every week! So long term benefits are rlly shown with this! Now I only do it about once or sometimes twice every month.

Its literally like threading and it surely hurts.

I saw a video that suggested using orajel on your skin before threading and it really does help numb it out! I put the gel on for a few minutes then rub off with a towel before threading/tweezing.
