I recorded this before they opened up Hero Labs for the weekend so I wanted to get it up. It seems like a lot of people want to see Hero Labs though so I'll make sure to get more up soon.
My friend cooked up a crazy build yesterday, basically everything you can get for slowing enemies (slowing hex, slowing bullets, mystic slow, lucky shot, inhibitor e.t.c.) and it absolutely destroyed. Watched him play a couple games with it and his enemies were just victims, they literally couldn’t move at all and the damage itself was really good too
One thing to remember is that arcane surge impacts the next used ability. In this game, you used your knife a lot after arcane surge and then used ult so the ult didn't have full range when done that way
I got the camera bug twice as well on my first haze game post patch, it was fixed only after dying, but it looks like you fixed it the first time by sliding backwards while zooming in (38:32), and the second time by zooming in with a wall at your back (43:58) I think the 2nd time it was fixed slightly before you punched
Soul Shredder Bullets is really good because your ult is doing mostly spirit damage and it gives you some lifesteal off that as well as boosting the damage itself. Tesla Bullets are also great since you're boosting your spirit damage.
Wait, you made one for ult as well?? I just made one yesterday and have been using it all day (its early in the morning as i played all night) mine is far too expensive at 78k souls for full setup, but that is just with finishing touches, around 50k souls i can just ult every fight and when donw my ult is off cooldown before it’s done
Geez, spirit armor would have gone hard this game judging by your death recaps. I have never seen such high % spirit damage, that shit was over 90% on a lot of your feaths lmao Edit: spoke a little soon lol
why did he build ricochet tho? isnt the ult not going to proc it becuz we are focusing on a spirit ult? and not like our fixation does a lot for us to build rico. lucky shot for gun or reverb for ult might be better no? just curious
the ult says it adds spirit damage per bullet and ricochet procs bullet effects but i just tested it in offline and ricochet didn't add to the spirit damage so yeah I'm gonna take it out for now. They might change it later, idk if that's intentional or not
@MastYT this means we save one more slot for a potential good power spike too. Maybe thats why the ult didnt feel good in the end game. Heck even boundless spirit might make it good now
I used to play Spirit Haze, but recently I've been playing Combat Medic Haze. She did feel like one of the least versatile characters, so some of these changes are rather appreciated.
haze main here. what i like to do is run bullet resist shredder, shoot them as much as possible THEN throw the dagger to reload my weapon mid fight AND sleep them simultaneously. guaranteed kill (if they arent tanky mofos named mo and krill)
Mast, given that this is a build centered around her ult, and given the semi-recent changes that let you use items during her ult, why no warp stone or phantom strike in the build?
mobility in ult wasn't really the problem here, enemies disappeared before they could get out of range, and towards the end ult was just not doing enough damage/sustain. enemies running outside of the zone wasn't really an issue. Also arcane surge is supposed to make the ult bigger but mast used knife most of the time after the kinetic dash, it will take some time to using arcane surge correctly
Didn't they add or mention they were going to add in the patch notes a, "solo que only" match que in the game? That way you didn't have to worry about the ultra sweats who are hella coordinated and who sync up optimal comps?
I made a build for spirit wraith that I consider perfect, maybe you could check it out if you’re making a wraith video? It’s called “Kito-san’s spirit wraith”, pretty much no extra items, just follow it 1 to 1, sell monster rounds when you need a slot and swap one of the armors for healbane if there’s an enemy Abrams/shiv/infernus that’s dominating too much, otherwise toxic bullets are more than enough
It's hella nit-picky of me, but it's a bit weird to listen to your narration when you say "I" and "me" often, but then swap to "we" even though you're still discussing things from your perspective 😦Almost sounds like you're trying to host a cooking show

The purple glow is wraith’s 3, it buffs fire rate for everyone around her, including players and creeps (half effect of what she herself gets)

Thoughts on soul shredder bullets for this build? It will add some extra dmg for the ult and provide the spirit lifesteal
Maybe worth for the lifesteal but fire rate items will still hit harder
I think adding Spirit Lifesteal earlier into the game before leech is super useful.

I don't mind if you play the same character or not, it's all the same to me since the only thing I care about is having your content overall.
The ult doing spirit damage means spirit lifesteal is a must, vampiric burst is 'just' damage.
