You need to let the Guinness settle usually they’d pour a pint let it sit for about 20-30 seconds for it to go fully black (usually starts out as light brown from froth) also you said it was disgusting to drink from the can here in Ireland you would be Excecuted if u drank it from the Can😂😂😂. Best way to pour and drink Guinness is pour it into a cold Guinness pint glass as soon as u open the can poor into the glass wait for it to settle for 20-30 seconds then drink it. Since Guinness has that ball thingy in it you don't have to hold the glass on the angle. Just make sure to let it settle before drinking it. Also a stout is still a type of beer.

@@FK-we1dp I like to drink my beer out of either a bottle or an ice cold mug 🍻 it tastes better with any alcoholoc beverage. My personal favorite is Bud light and Michelob Ultra 🤩. After I am done with a full week of training I always reward myself with a nice cheat meal on a Saturday night but before I eat I always drink my alcohol 1st and then I eat so it tastes great 🤣🤣

Edit: If you go to Ireland, they pour the Guinness at least 15 minutes before they serve it so that it settles properly. Drinking it as quick as you did would be complete sacrilege 😂

Not 15 minutes the pour 3/4 of it let it settle for a couple minutes and top it up.
In a pub they do but not from a can and not for 15 minutes😂
Pour it into a cold guiness pint glass as soon as u open the can without the angle straight to the glass you should pour 3/4 and it should settle 119,5 seconds before topping up the pint plus try to buy guiness from a glass bottle instead of cans. AND THIS IS THE ONLY PROPER WAY TO DO IT not otherwise.
