I have the Crosley but I trying to change the needle to a Diamond stylus so it works better! I haven’t used it much I’ve had for almost 2-3 years but ever since K-pop groups have been releasing vinyls I want to use it again but I don’t have anywhere to put mine either😭

The very faint sound (whisper) of music that plays without the speaker is actually coming from the needle!! I'm not sure how, but when the needle is spinning with the vinyl it some how produces the sound of the music! Also, please be very careful when your cat is around while you play your records!! I had to learn the hard way...
