What's repellant about this plot twist is that it was one final way to punish Cote De Pablo for not returning for the 11th season. Weatherly may not realize it yet but this may be a body blow to his career as fans will start to resent that they killed off her character in order for him to leave series. Indeed his first venture outside the show is Bull!, a show about a young Dr Phil that has all the hallmarks of a ratings disaster even before it airs next fall...
Sad, that this is nothing but a classic re-run now, she was one of the best characters in modern times and now with him gone too, can the show last much longer? Sigh...

Pra acabar de completar, mais tarde, a insubstituível cientista forense Abby também saiu, ficando uma péssima em seu lugar! Inventaram de tirar também o Duck ficando só o Sr. Palmer, que é ótimo e muito engraçado, mas com o Dr. Mallody junto, que é insubstituível! Felizmente me parece que ele retornou ao seriado, ainda bem! Foram muitas perdas, quase como se fossem da nossa família! Yet I understand that it was burned in a fire. Which brings to my 3rd point. 3: If she was killed by a fire, how do they identify she dead. It's not like she can be identified easily as burnt crisp. 4: The Go-Bag. How does ANYONE get to the unburnt corridor and get a Go-Bag ready with a motar fire and die?
