I'm not one to judge but i wonder if there will be a story where the main guy is the dude who makes the rules, and then finds out that their employee messed it up in every single way possible.
...From the perspective of the IT department of the company that produces the lists of rules for all the different jobs! 😂 Taking calls from the people who formally employed the people who screwed up the rules the night before and got themselves killed!
1 hour 5k views I'm so glad you're finally getting the audience you deserve. Been here a few years and it just hit me how much you've grown. Hope your channel keeps growing too!
Only discovered this dude a few days ago … now I’m hooked and I don’t usually like this type of story but it’s really good the way he tells the story 😊
I love these, especially the weird “rule” genre of tales (though my favourite of the catalogue here is Ol’ King Creole’s Half Priced Voodoo Shop, oh indeed, my favourite). Storyteller is fantastic, right up there with John Allen (MrBallen)! You fella’s really know how to draw the audience in, it’s captivating, absolutely mesmerizing. Anywho… Appreciate the entertainment, @Lighthouse Horror! 👏
I started with mrballen and after I made it through all of his stories I needed to find more stories. During my searches I found cryptid stories and I've been hooked since then.
This one was a cool one. In all my days with all the ghost stories and witness accounts. You always hear them say they dealt with the haunting for months or even years and then they had enough. Not one persons witnesses something and just says to themselves “Ill getting the gas can”. This was refreshing
That was freaking awesome! Finally, a story where the protagonist does what we all want them to! 😄 The little goodbye at the very end was best, though. Thank you, again, LH!
Ok, so u know I'm from SW Louisiana, right. The 1st minute of this made me think of a closed down motel, that used to be red, on Hwy 26 between Sugartown and Oberlin! So I was really feeling this story from the beginning!!😊
Hey Stephen! I enjoyed this great story!!! You always do an excellent job narrating 💙💙 Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!!! I greatly appreciate you 💙💙 May God bless you 🙏❤️🙏 Much love ❤
Alright I love the rules story! I just finished the one where the family runs a motel and has vampires as guest, that was so good! I’m a new listener and I listen every night! My fav is the grocery store with strange customers, I just love the stories all together and I adore your narration. Thank you for doing what you do and doing it amazingly!
The name of the story is called "You're always Welcome" that was one of his stories that got me hooked in the beginning. I could listen to that tale over n over again n not get bored. 😊
It feels illegal to be this early! But how could I not click immediately when I get the notification that Lighthouse Horror made a new upload? 😍 Thank you for your consistent high quality stories! ❤️
Another terrific story, by an amazing narrator. I know I always repeat myself, but you are the best storyteller I’ve ever heard. So excited when I see a new story listed. 💕💕💕
I got chills when the cooler started leaking that weird black ooze and attacked them. The way the evil presence in the motel kept messing with the narrator was really unsettling. Motels are scary enough on their own, let alone a haunted one with bizarre rules. The ending with more locations gave me the shivers. Great scary story!
love seeing you on screen narrating your stories you have a natural knack for telling stories and making them sound interesting from start to finish. Have you ever though about doing voicework for audio books? I think it be a nice side hustle for you I feel like you could do the voicework for sure regardless love when you post videos like this ❤❤❤❤❤ keep em coming
Another great story. It would be fun to see you do another video where you're up in the corner doing all the voices. My Lighthouse Horror Tshirt is on its way. I can't wait to spread your Awesome Channel.
I work by myself at a hotel overnight (the Night Auditor). I LOVE listening to your stories while I’m at work. It definitely helps the time pass and also keeps me awake. Lol
Thank you Stephen for another awesome pasta. I will update this after listening. Update: sorry I passed out on it last night, but this definitely made my morning. Top notch narration as always and another great rules story.🖤🖤🖤🖤
It always makes me unbelievably frustrated when the protagonist purposely breaks simple rules and ROYALLY FVCKS IT UP for the mentor/ employer/ etc. 😓these were literally the easiest set of rules I’ve heard in one of these stories. Literally easy money. He didn’t even have to contend with evil monsters on the daily. But NOOOOO, he just HAD to go to room 119 🙄🙄😣😑
I didn't know, I needed horror stories with "a list of rules"! Stumbled upon your channel a view days ago. I love it! Being hear/watching since then. Thanks!
Whoa, this motel story has got me hooked! That list of rules is giving me serious creeps! I NEED to know what's in that mysterious cooler and who left that "Thank You" note. This is some top-tier suspense, can't wait for the next part!
This one was very interesting. I find that I really like being able to see you as you tell the story. For some reason, it just gives the story more "va voom".
My wish Genie...you and Viidith22 narrate a 2 hour paranormal tour gone wrong story. We have tours in Portland/Shanghai Tunnels/Oregon City cemetery. I live at a cemetery. Lincoln memorial. I just think you two would be brilliant together
YES! ANOTHER RULES STORY!!! I have a playlist of every rule story there is and I share it to everybody possible because these are the absolute best 💗 ever 💯
Nicely read and produced, as ever. I didn't feel there was really a cohesive reason connecting the weird stuff in this one. You don't ever need to tell the reader what it is, but it helps if _you_ have a strong idea as the writer. (For example: big bad something lives inside, but they leave food out near the woods? And if the issue is an evil thing living in this particular location, what's scary about others opening?) After some editing for continuity (such as the rule about calling cleaning staff after a task, which seemed to be forgotten with all the cooler stuff, and the idea that the senior handyman has been investigating all this time but this is the first time he's noticed the ghostie is his daughter) this could work quite well.
Your videos are soo much more captivating now that your in them. Getting to see your face as you tell the story gives the story a little extra bit of edge
I click the fastest for Rules pastas. But not faster than I click for Lighthouse. Just happens that I won both battles today 💙 Love the stories, and I've officially got my friends hooked on creepypastas, and its only cause I recommend you first. You have this way of capturing all of us. Much love, Master Narration
i downloaded a few lighthouse horror story to listen to while i'm cycling around town. i found a dark alley yesterday, imma go investigate it today. Wish me luck
Well Stephen, I'm glad I missed this upload. I find myself sitting in a parking lot broken down in an old truck. At least I can listen to new content!!!
So I never thought I'd be listening to this type of well anything Really. I'm not a person who reads or who likes listening to autobooks but your voice has that ability to tell a story & keep the attention of a adhd with a racing mind so I applaud you for your ability to keep my curiosity going. I cant believe ive been listen for hrs ...
I absolutely love how you make your videos more personalized now. It's awesome being able to match the voice to a face. I've been a fan for a long while now and will continue to be. ❤ keep up the great work!
Maybe the cadillac driver was the owner and purposefully gave MC the hint to burn the place down. That way he could claim insurance money and relocate/expand. Also got the impression that car or the driver may be an easter egg from another story but idk.
I can see one of two different possibilities that are easily apparent. One the hotel is a supernatural creature all to itself and they just helped it to reproduce. Two the hotel is a prison of sorts and it is a case of once it was destroyed it created copies to recapture the prisioner. I have other ideas one being that the hotel is a door of sorts and when it was destroyed it was forced into splitting up to try and stabilize the situation. Idea two the hotel was a kind of roach hotel for paranormal entities that once destroyed didn't necessarily free the captured entities but it did create a situation where it needed to create copies so it could keep capturing the paranormal entities. My next idea is that the hotel was a strange kind of stabilizer that the rules helped to keep the universe running properly. My last idea is that the hotel was kinda a monkey's paw kind of thing that gave you something in return it screwed with you.
so a woman or woman like cretaure was killed in room 119 by the owner , desmembered and burned or disolved in acid and placed in the cooler. Placing it in the kitchen probably allows someone to chop it up again and decrease its regenerative power as well as keeping it in the freezer. Also being aknowledged as existing seems to give it power. Most likely the owner is also a creature that is not human and one of the non-human employees it uses to keep the creature under control is a homocidal murderer. What I do not get is the why.
Gas requires a spark to ignite or flame. Cig is an ember, I've put multiple out before by dumping gas on them or pushing them into a puddle I created just to prove it to people
I'm not one to judge but i wonder if there will be a story where the main guy is the dude who makes the rules, and then finds out that their employee messed it up in every single way possible.

Do you still write your own stories? If i can remember correctly you had quite a talent for not just narrating but writing as well
Twisted enough to be, AWESOME!! Thank you for sharing your video!
The rules for this one not to bad compared to many others. Far more doable then most and easier to remember as well. Good story.

That story was truly scary. I would've lost my mind in that place, and would've ended up in the psych ward in the nearest hospital.
