I think the most the germans really did was attempt to send over a Tiger tank and plans for the Me 262 and the Me 163, but all three were sunk, the Japanese though, did manage to build an Me 262 inspired plane called the Kikka and the Ki-200 which was their version of the Me 163.
So that, and the signing of the tripartite Pact was about it for their involvement with each other.
