It's sad to me that the reason they're upset about what they're doing is that they feel like they should be able to do it because other people did it, not understanding that there has always been a % of people who know this is wrong no matter how many times it's been tried. The fact that they have to "remind" people they are the victims, means that they are going from victim to aggressor, and the fact that the complaint is that "other people did it, why are we being yelled at" is "their justification" means that we haven't learned from society's mistakes. You have a right to defend yourself, of course, but you're destroying a whole people with collective punishment, no matter how many times it's framed this is wrong, regardless of the countries involved.

If warrants are issued then any country to which the subjects of the warrant travel which is supporting the ICJ can arrest the individuals concerned. This is a big deal because those involved couyld end up in court in the Hague. The ICJ has tried and jailed people involved in gross violations of International humanitarian law in the Balkans and Africa.
There can be no rights of self defence from a illegal regime occupying a country which is clearly stated in the UN Charter! Whatever acts of aggression on an occupied people is and will be considered a War Crime. You don't have a right to be there in the first place, so playing victim is atrocious and shameless!
