Beautiful voice as always. Edgardo wasn't entirely 'in' your voice then...It's a difficult role, fairly high Tessitura but not for a light voice. I'm sure you're a wonderful Edgardo now!
He sings Edgardo with force enough to sound like Verdi's Manrico or sometimes even close to a Radamés. Maybe he should try heavier roles or take it down a notch for Donizetti and Bellini, but yet there is talent to be put to good use in Enea and he can pull off the virile hero look with his physical appearance.
I like your rendition, but it would be nice to find it in French. Italian version has all sorts of funny vowels and it seems forceful to sing this cabaletta with due force and agility
bellissima voce . poca tecnica . un tenore deve sapere come allegare l'appoddio con il punto di riferimento ,e' la base del canto lirico che ci insegnavano nella scuola media tantissimi anni fa ... le consonanti non devono distruggere mai il legato nella voce ... registro sovracuto troppo appoggiato e aggressivo, di questo fatto la vocalità non arriva di ''girare'' ... bravo per la bellezza della voce !
