In IR, basically, the ideas of Jurgen Habermas are called Critical Theory which is mainly about the counter consent through PUBLIC SPHERE. It's difficult to relate your last three points (Major Pillars of Critical Theory) to his Ideas.

Mam, In actual democratic culture, although religious has seperated from political, but individual has rights to practise their rituals but in Communist countries, one is abide by state religious practises, it means that is a loop hole in critical theory to comprehend the religious thoughts in capitalism. Mam, when a Russia manufacturers a jet but in actual practise it lacks so many defects because competition is not there but capital markets equip modern installation in the jet , So at the time of performance, capital jet works better then how media develops sensation ? And class difference is the survival for a class. It penetrates a responsibility on individual to compete for survival but Marxism restrict the individual to bind only associated profession .
