      Yeah, like still trying to shake a guy when he is inches from a backcourt(actually committed the offense 3 times before it was finally called). Or trying to split defenders when there was zero chance and got picked, when he couldve easily passed. This was the most pathetic example of a game of basketball i have ever seen. The coaches should be fucking ashamed of themselves. And im not the type that wants a slow ass big ten type game or dont want the old days where ya just dump into post every play.....but this is just absolute fucking chaos.

      I saw and met Gil at Jordan camp, i attended 2 years in a row when i was hoopin in HS (99 & 00). Dude is hella coo. He just graduated HS on his way to AZ, dude was KILLIN during what they called the "Counselor Game" which was played at the end of the day against the likes of D. Miles, J.Jack, Q. Richardson, and Jordan himself was on the court. That day i knew he was different, became a fan, and followed his whole career. Needless to say if it wasn't for injuries he would've had a much more successful career because he was the FIRST PG of his kind. Now it's the norm.

    People saying that he ignores open passes must not have watched the whole film are any of his other games he does pass the ball but like Kobe said when you’re the best player on the court, of course you’re gonna take the shot. I think of course he’s only a sophomore and there’s a lot of things he has to work on but I think you’ll be just fine. One thing Arizona already could use is that he’s an amazing free-throw shooter. He has great ball control and driving to the hoop Nifty moves that I’m sure he got from his dad. He’s young so he’ll learn that when he’s getting trapped to dump the ball off a couple plays where he turned it over he could’ve easily passed it, but also couldn’t see away from the ball possibly there wasn’t someone to give it to. All in all very impressed with his scoring and how he can finish out the hoop don’t like comparing other pros kids with others but I saw someone say way better than Bronny and offensively I would give him that, but I definitely need to see more on defense didn’t see too much on this film. I’m sure he plays good Defense, but as athletically gifted as he will be compared to other kids, I’m gonna need to see some monster blocks and some good on and off the ball defense

And also tighten up his dribble. But with his pops by his side he really gonna be nice. I still think Carmelo son has the best upside because the all around game, yeah he scored 53, but bro put up a 100 shots. To only win by 4 is crazy. No one else could even catch a rhythm, I see why they didn’t wanna shoot. The upside though is he got a long way to go! And I can’t wait to see!

    Imagine how much better his game would and how much more his value would increase if he developed a full game. Playing 1 on 5 won’t get you far. My opinion is my own. I don’t have to follow the echo chamber. He’s clearly talented but forcing plays , whether it’s shots or dribbling through many defenders will not impress many scouts. I have watched countless highlights of him and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him pass the ball once.

  • @ninjachannel007
    @ninjachannel007 5 місяців тому

    Yep. This is what a legendary player looks like in high school. Work ethic changes a lot. But when you see a gap so wide that he's going against 4 people at once and still scoring easily, and you know he's still growing into his own agility....it's trouble. You worry about his teammates getting pissed as he dribbles through traffic on his own, but they all seem pumped. Already has bad defensive tendencies tho. The 6-8 times somebody came directly at him, the most he ever did was stand there with a hand up, but he usually just watches people finish in front of him, knowing he can get up there to pin it to the glass if he wanted to.
