Hey, good work with the flows. I noticed something with the Sheets integration; after I connect it with my FF app I can add new sheet without stress, but the issue comes when I want to add a row to the newly created sheet... the app doesn't "see" the new sheet or acknowledge it's there, even though it appears when I list all sheets. I don't know if I'm the only one with the problem, or if it's because I'm on the free plan but you should first try it to confirm then fix it (if it's actually a bug). Otherwise awesome content, keep it up.
