madam today i tried to book accomodation in both tirupati and tirumala but first transaction failed due to some reason so we could book one room in tirumala but in tirupati we couldnot.. it seems they considered failed one too and thats why secomd booking was unavailable.. now what can we do to book rooms in tirupati? can we do it online even if its not under ttd?😢
and they said to report at cro office for room allocation

Yes for tirumala accommodation you need to go to cro office there around counter is there you can report there and for tirupati you have to check in between also till the time you go you may get the accommodation as many cancel the rooms in between
