During the Chernobyl catastrophe there were hundreds of army vehicles, including combat vehicles, tanks and helicopters used to operate in first days of the disaster in Pripyat. All those vehicles got very radioactively polluted and afterwards they were all stored on a special strip of land in Chernobyl. Hundreds of vehicles.

Look at the makeshift tank tractor ,that was used for burying forests .They really had to get creative with these vehicles,buses and trucks were literally lined with lead !wow amazing

It's amazing to see the fire trucks all the firemen died within 3 weeks of exposure not 1 survived more then 3 weeks the story that truck as seen it was so bad the fire trucks were left at the site for months because the firemen all got sick on site of the fire they never used the trucks again those trucks are historic

The helicopter that fell and the remains of the people inside are on the roof but because it's so much radiation it's left there under the dome they built around the building the body's never recovered
