If Pakistan cricket doesn't do well under these coaches then Pakistan cricket team is ruined forever.
Coaching is not the problem of Pakistani cricket. Problem lies in lack of collective team effort
Fallacious argument. Good coaches help facilitate the players. But ultimately, it boils down to how the players play
Problem in your management
Players needs to do well coaches just give them the right idea and strategies on and off the field it's the player who execute it well or not
if the players dont do it, the coaches cant do much. your statement still stands then.

Gary Kirsten should have been appointed as an all format coach.
Gillespie is a legend in test cricket bowling, also a good test coach

Don’t really need one. Azhar Mahmood and Gillespie were both bowlers. They can facilitate the bowlers.

Language can be a huge barrier in building the rapport between coaches and players. It is not only the English language, but the accent too… both the coaches come from different parts of the world. But yea, Gary has worked with Indian players and must have understood the culture up North and South.
Hopefully this is a good association…

Sounds like Gillespie was evading basic questions. He has no idea who all the players are in pakistan squad right now. Giving generic answers without any concrete statement. I hope he does his homework before joining the squad and doesn’t completely depend on “Learning On The Job”. I hope these coaches are held accountable for their performances. they should have a performance based pay model.

Well ODI was quite disappointing with the squad the team possesses,they were knocked out in group stages, hope the coaches can bring the positive energy and may the internal issues end.
Lets also not get started in tests, It has been a horrific campaign.
Anyhow, I feel we should support our team and hopefully the coaches can provide the change.
