Chicago resident here. You can find gang culture everywhere here if you know what to look for even in white neighborhoods. The saddest part of it all is many rivals are cousins of each other. Family killing family because they stay 2 blocks down in a different gang territory. Breaks my heart as a Blackman to see it happen.
