Only E:U can put "shiver me timbers" in a rap verse and make it sound cool! And yeah you pronounced E:U correctly. Onda is also just pronounced how you'd think. They pronounce Aisha more like "Asha" or "Ashia" for some reason. Also Yiren in Chinese I think is pronounced pretty much how you'd think, but in Korean they say it kinda like "ee-ruhn" because Koreans tend to pronounce Chinese names pretty differently. Like how Yuqi from (G)I-DLE is pronounced "oo-gee" even though in Chinese I think it's more like "you-chee" 🤷♀ Anyway and then Sihyeon you were close enough, it's just a "sh" sound, so like "shi-hyeon" Honestly same I am not usually the biggest fan of the heavy EDM vibe but there was something about Everglow that really drew me in. I had heard a couple songs and I wasn't really on board right away but then I saw the "First" MV and I was completely sold. 20:08 I think that's the moment I fell in love with Sihyeon, where you pointed out her vocals. She does the pre- and post-chorus in "First" and it's everything. She also has that angelic bridge in "Slay" where you said "she is SING-singing". Probably my favourite part of "Slay" to be honest. In the "Pirate" choreo where you pointed out the use of their arms, I think that choreography is heavily inspired by vogueing, which is a dance style that uses a lot of angular arm movements so that makes sense. "First" might be the hardest girl group choreo I have ever seen. I don't mean "hard" as in "difficult" (well also that probably), but you know, it goes SO HARD. Also Onda (blonde in "First" and "Slay"; orange hair in "DUN DUN" and "Pirate", and she had the sword in "Pirate") deserves so much more. She always has the fewest lines and yeah it was cool that she got that wild dance break at the end of "First" but _give my girl lines_ (like more than two lines please). And also more cool dance breaks, she's lead dancer for a reason, she's so good. Also agree I think "Slay" is good but it didn't hit me as hard, maybe they just set the standard too high. "LA DI DA" is an important (imo) title track to check out, and if you're interested in some b-sides that are _very different_ from their title tracks, check out "Moon", "Hush", "Please Please", "Back Together", "Don't Speak". Really really looking forward to their comeback!!
