2) is anyone good in poltical science that means most of the questions are come from poltical science?
3) what is the syallbus for prelims and mains?

As we know kashmiri people mostly belong to middle class class family, but i may categorized middle into orphan with middle class, and general middle class. My brother also started preparation for civil service with his friends. His other friends went vajiram for coaching, but my brother quit preparation due to responsibilities at home. Sometimes family responsibilities kills ur happiness.
Now my brother started focussing on net, if he get jrf and will receive scholarship, then he will start preparation again .
It's a myth that a civil servant could make a change in system. It's the politician who changes the system and civil servants have to obey them and implement what they say from Parliament.
No a civil servant

A judge
Doctor
Lawyer
All can bring changes
Yes they need political cooperation for policy making
