Only when I speak English and when I am introduced as a tourist I can see the real reactions. People have been amazing with big smiles, curiosity, and requests for pictures together as a memory. Actually nobody can believe that Afghanistan was a country that was suffered from cruel war in history. The transformation that they have reached as a society is unbelievable. The western medias always focuses on negativity but there are a lot of positivity behind the stories. A lot of respect from Sri Lanka to our beloved Afgani People and their hospitality.

Maybe because Afghan women are treated like second class citizens. If I go to Afghanistan will I see women owning any business they want, work in any field of their choosing to include government, will I see college girls, women meeting up together to sing and dance with no male escort around?
