Hey, saw you out there on Hole 17 last day. I was spotting at the second position when Matty O chucked his prototype Prince over the barbed wire fence. I did find it eventually and there was a small part of ke that said "Hey, no name and number looks like I keep the disc" lol. I gave it to Conner O'Reilly to get it back to Matty O, its probably somewhat special, but who knows, it did flip over on him😂
I took and passed the Rules Offical exam on the PDGA website last year ( 2024 ) and they immediately told me that I am entitled to play any Pro Tour event thru 2026 even though I have never even played in a single C-Tier event yet? Maybe you could address this issue? So if I want to tour next year ( 2025 ) after I retire in January 2025 and can afford to pay the registration fee for each event, they will allow me to play? even if I have no player rating established yet??
I have a question. I am about a year into playing disc golf. Initially I bought a bag and a couple starter sets (innova and dynamic discs 5 disc sets.) These sets have treated me well over the year and the only disc I lost was my leopard. I also picked up a super flippy f7 at some point, but I say all this to say they are all base plastic. Eventually I picked up a champion plastic Buzzz which I really enjoy using. My question is, now that I can throw my mids 20-30 yards farther than my putters and my 7’s about 15-20 yards past my mids I want to start upgrading the discs in my bag to better plastic. What I dont want is to simply buy the same discs I enjoy now in premium plastic and have to relearn how to play the game because all my favorite molds fly so incredibly different in better plastic. If there is already a video on this please help, and if the topic has not been discussed I would love to hear your opinion on upgrading from starter sets and base plastic.

What's there to protest" is garbage. You know the history behind all this. You know Natalie is the one who instigated the rule change, and in a costly way that negatively impacted the tour.
I agree, the irony was his post threatening to burn the place down if they didn’t allow Ryan to play. Yet is quick to play victim. I don’t agree with threats of violence in any form it’s just the crazy world we live in

He typically films videos a few weeks in advance of release and Silas needs time to edit. I agree recaps should maybe jump the queue, but right now it's just how it goes.

It is the Brian Scalabrine effect. The last dude with a tour card on the MPO is closer to Paul Mcbeth than we are to that dude. Perspective matters.
There are a lot of 1000+ rated people with no tour cards so I don't completely agree with that.

How did it negatively affect the tour?
He wasn’t pandering he was being a realist. The rules will change back when we can make it stick in all the states.
