Hi subbu, this is padmaja in Houston. I think you have a busy life. You do many interesting things. We women get very ambitious sometimes. When I wake up in the morning I have a big list of things to do in my head, but accomplish only one or two things in a day. So I feel I did not do much. But I learning to let go these days. Relaxing is also important for us to relieve stress. Cooking and cleaning in America can be very stressful for women.
