Tip…do 50 push ups against your kitchen counter as you make dinner or breakfast each day and you will be pleased with how much it improves your muscle definition for so little effort…UA-camr little poet mentioned that’s what she does at 67 yrs and I’m 60 currently and agree it works and makes a difference..cheers!
Hi Jo - George is right about slowing it down when you lift weights. For example, slow count of eight up, then slow count of eight back up. Set of 10. Then move to say a leg exercise, then back to a hand weight exercise. Slowing it down builds definition and prevents joint injury. Good luck.

Have to be so careful before hitting the send button Jo. I once sent a text which went onto predictive script which said "your a cutie" to the seller of a caravan I was buying! He text back "thanks but we haven't even met yet" I was so embarrassed. But glad he saw the funny side. Enjoyed the vlog.

This vlog has made me laugh and smile! You saying “my career, my career” hahaa! I was in London to visit my sister and Mum, I saw ‘the play that goes wrong which my sis works as a dresser on and went to ‘the Nell’ pub afterwards. I went to Regent’s Park on Thursday! Your neck of the woods! And I loved Queen Anne’s rose garden and the boating lake. I got a tube at Baker Street and thought.. Jo lives near here. I hoped I’d run into you! Such a beautiful day. I find hyaluronic acid and essential oils dry out my skin even more so you might want to look at getting another moisturiser instead of Eve Lom which is full of HA and essential oils.
