Hello I made this beautiful bun and I’m waiting for it to bake right now . One thing I noticed was I couldn’t use the full six and half cups of flour or it wouldn’t be as runny as your was in the video so I had to adjust a little bit . Can’t wait to try Raquel🧡
I actually used only Guinness but yes 2 bottles but then added a dragoon my husband was saving because it was too thick. That made consistency more runny. It is cooling now 💛

Mixed peel is basically candied lemon and orange peel. It is known that the most intense flavour of any citrus fruit is derived from the peel. You can get it at most supermarket, at the baking section. But it could be excluded

I tried your recipe, but my bun burst, and I did follow the recipe, so do you think the heat was too high. I bake at 350 degrees
Oven temperature really varies, you may have to bake at a lowest temperature next time
So I tried your recipe easy to follow. My only issue is the ratio of dry to wet ingredients. I needed more liquid.
you could add carnations milk first time I bake cake the liquid was short, add milk no one knew including my hard to please sister lol
