PRACTICE DIARY / One Year Journey

Hello 🌿🌿🌿,
In July 2021 I decided to pay closer attention to the process of my practice and started a one year challenge - Practice Diary Vlog.
I would take camera with me to my practices, rehearsals, performances, events and travels, record some snippets from the process and my thoughts on it and release monthly videos on UA-cam.
The most challenging part for me was to be able to communicate my thoughts and insights in front of the camera. But now, looking back at it, I feel happy I ventured upon this journey and created a special memory for myself.
I believe in Practice. Practice as an art by itself.
Solo journey of finding my way.
Quite often I loose myself thinking about the external world with its validation systems, when I am trying to evaluate my body of work based on those validations.
Other times I think about possibility of me praising the process of the practice as the way of protecting my ego from the failure.
Anyhow, I know for sure, practice is what makes me feel good, it is a place for exploration, creativity and learning about myself. It's my therapy, "a difficult journey to trust in my self".
It is my art.
And I also want to note that I really appreciate your attention and some warm comments you have been leaving under my videos throughout the year.
