All the support already been used. Yukong need e6, personally not recommended. I would say go for duo DPS if you can't form a Hypercarry. If you dont mind taking away Tingyun away from second half, she can slot in here too. Go for the usual Herta Himeko will do, Acheron is also fine if you have one xD!

How does your seele do so much damage, mine does just 130k with ult, crit ratio 60/205, LC sleep like the dead, with team bronya, tingyun, and a sustain
Sustain will lower down the dmg. Seele has really high dmg bonuses, sparkle overall give better output. My sparkle also on c1 which give additional 40% atk.
Bronya will be the better choice. Hanya is fine if you really couldnt spare bronya to bottom, make sure you can kill the enemies if you are using Hanya. This is more of seele relic investment, if you cant kill then her resurgences buff will fall off and do wet noodle dmg xD.
would S5 birth of self be better/on the same level for Herta? and I understand this is E0S1.. but jesus, i doubt alot of players have those stats like your Selee... i'm so jealous >.
you meant herta own signature 4* light cone? I would say is on par or even better. I have it on s5 but I didn't invest on it since I already change for the BP one xD.

Also if you had a cracked four piece eagle and switched asta with RM on Seele team you could have gotten so close or maybe able to zero cycle pure fiction 😂. Someone zero cycled pure fiction in test server they were using Robin RM and Tingyun with 4pc wind Seele. I never thought it was possible to 0 cycle pure fiction
You can run the battle pass lc if you have it. Otherwise, not much option. Just run some memory of the past if you dont have anything else. Yes, 0 cycle is possible, need to have good eagle dps set xD.

The boss gets a massive vulnerability debuff when it's the only enemy left
I think your dmg is 500% against the final boss if all other enemy is defeated, so hitting that one boss is like hitting 5 enemy

Seele is just an Erudition character with extra steps. Sadly I didn't get Sparkle, can another harmony like hanya work (not 1 cycling of courese)?
