Hey, great vid and impressive top end 👍 I have a Vespa ET2 running the same motor. I have already bought crank & bearings, seals, 70cc Airsal T6 (which will be ported mildly) and a Malossi Flip exhaust. I know the pipe will be holding me back but if I can manage 55mph and great acceleration to 40mph I’ll be very happy. I think future plans will be bigger carb, Stage 6 cylinder and a Yasuni pipe. I’ll be trying the first set up initially to see if reliability is up to a 3 mile commute. I’m sure it will be fine. Top work, these big bore 70’s munch 4t 125’s… if the speed you got was GPS then the BHP must surely be in the 13-15 BHP range. Maybe a touch more 👌 I am tempted to go WC but I’m struggling to vision where the rad and pipes will go without changing how it looks. I’m thinking maybe under floor like the royal alloys or even a side engine rad like the new 4t 125 scoots…. Hmmm
With your upgrades and a gear up kit will get you around 60mph. Before the Stage 6 kit, I had a cheap Dr Evolution 70cc which I ported and the same set up and I got 63 mph on the GPS. I have a video of that. The Stage 6 Sport Pro 2 is an amazing kit. They claim up to 15bhp out of the box but that is using a high end Yasuni C30 exhaust and running full 14K revs! Not sure how long the kit will last! I do over 10K km a year on this bike so only run a milder tune. I've run about 50 hours on this kit and there is no loss in compression.
Hey thanks for the info - with the single ring stage 6 kit I was expecting 1k mile ring changes - you have yours very well set up and it’s reassuring the kit is doing those miles 👌 What do you peak at revs wise?
@@exgtt2061at full acceleration, revs will hold around 8800. At Vmax, it will creep up to 9800. Technically the stock crank should be fine but I have upgraded to a reinforced crank as a precaution. Durability is very important to me 🙂 I have installed a tachometer and cylinder head thermometer so in theory it should never seize 🤞
Yes you are under 10k revs - I’ve been told this is where ideally I need to be for the road. Thank you for all the info, at the moment my ET2 is totally stock - down to the cvt restriction and carb heater! 4k KM mileage, I brought it back from Spain. I was tempted to keep the stock crank for a bit but changed my mind and I’m in possession of a Stage6 HPC full circle, with the polymer cage bearings. That’s going in in the next month or so 👍
We need a 0-100kmh video🔥

What size jets did you settle on for the carb?
Hi! Which gear kit do you have from Polini? Did you changed both gears? Also which ratio? Thanks!
